Standard production time for most items is two weeks. Rush services are available upon request. Rush charges may apply. Reduced production time for exact reorders.

Shipping to Regions with Elevated Temperatures
Totally Chocolate takes extreme care in packing all customer orders due to the delicate nature of chocolate. During certain times of the year, orders shipped to parts of the country with elevated temperatures will be packed with ice to help preserve the beautiful design you’ve selected for your premium chocolate gift.
Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend to some destinations, as carriers do not deliver on the weekends without paying additional fees and may leave your package sitting in a hot warehouse facility. Expedited shipping may be required based on destination.
Due to the temperature sensitive nature of our products we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery (so if you’re sending this as a gift let your recipient know when to expect it).
Can you ship chocolate during warm weather and/or to warmer parts of the country like Florida and California?
Yes! Totally Chocolate ships during warm weather and to warm climates all year long (although some restrictions may apply). Our shipping department monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered and will include our frozen gel packs at no additional cost to you to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition.
Which carriers do you use and what are my shipping options?
Totally Chocolate ships all online orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or a similar recognized courier, and provides the following shipping options for you to choose during checkout:
• UPS Ground
• UPS 2Day
• UPS 1Day
Extra time in transit should be considered when shipping internationally due to possible delays at customs.
Orders will always ship the best way to preserve and protect your order, based on temperature and destination.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Blaine WA, USA for delivery Monday through Friday. (Standard business days do not include Saturday, Sundays, or Holidays).
Can I ship to more than one address on one order?
Yes!
Can I ship to an international address?
We ship to a wide variety of countries and territories. Orders placed online at totallychocolate.com are restricted to delivery within the continental US. However, if you wish to ship to HI, AK, PR or any international address contact us at 800-255-5506 to place an order. Taxes and shipping quotes will be provided.
NOTE: Some international destinations may be prohibited.
Do you ship to residential address or only businesses?
We ship to both business and residential addresses. However, we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present for a residential shipment, the package will be left at the front door. For commercial shipments, the consignee or their representative is required to sign. UPS will not leave packages unsigned at a commercial address.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes only in the lower 48 states and only through USPS. Prices will also vary depending upon if the shipments are iced or non-iced.
*We can ship USPS to Military Bases (APO & FPO Boxes), but it is complicated & all items must be iced just in case of hot destinations.
Our Return Policy
To protect our customers’ health and safety, Totally Chocolate is unable to accept chocolate back into our facility after it has left the building. Any returned chocolate is destroyed in transit by UPS or immediately disposed of once received. No exchanges are possible.
Please contact Totally Chocolate immediately if you have a problem with your order. All replacement and refund requests must be made within 10 business days of receipt of your order (determined by UPS tracking).
Missing and/or Incorrect Items
If you open your package and you exclaim “Oh no!” because something is missing or the wrong product was received, please take a photo of your items, including the shipping box, and email your Chocolate Specialist or our Customer Service Department at sales@totallychocolate.com.
Changes to Ready to Gift Orders
Double check your online order before confirming your order, as our chocolate elves can often pack and ship your order within minutes of it being placed (which means it’s too late to make changes – eeeek!). Of course, if you notice an error right away, you are welcome to call us. If your order has not been processed, we are happy to make updates. Our personnel have trained to paddle down the chocolate river with smooth, steady strokes, so if we cancel an order already in process, the river clogs up (creating a chocolate mess for the rest of the orders being processed). Moral of this chocolaty story, please make sure you review your order carefully.
The process of ordering chocolate should be smooth. If we make any mistakes with your order we will take full responsibility, so please make sure you contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
